3. Visit our office.
Call to set up a time to come in, or drop by between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. When you visit, please bring proof of identification and all your certifications with you including:
Driver's license
Nursing license
ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, etc.
All immunizations and titers
Social security card or passport
References
During your visit we will have you fill out the following paperwork and we will arrange for the following tests:
Application, I-9, W-4, etc.
Tests: JCAHO, specialty test (m/s, er, icu, etc.)
Drug test

What's Next?
After you visit our office, you will be set up for an orientation shift at the hospital where you want to work. Once your orientation shift is completed, you may call and let us know whenever you are available to work, and we book you for a shift.
